I’m flabbergasted! How can someone copyright a word? That’s ridiculous. I could just copyright the word The and charge anyone who wants to use it, I’d be rich! Even copyrighting a title is dubious, although if I called a book Harry Potter and the Dragon King, I can see it would be kind of misleading. But ‘cocky’??
