February 5th: (having lunch)
While reading and commenting on blogs, I ran across a post that reached out and spoke to me and other writers. Carrie Ann Golden posted 3 Reasons Why You Should Accept Your Flaws As A Writer.
I agree that flaws make my writing who I am. Flaws give my writing a fingerprint that identifies me. Carrie’s sentimental muse has helped me take the stress off writing. (at least for now) I hope it does for you also.
Flaws are a part of us. Just make good use of them.

Flaws are what makes a good writer great, who wants to read a flawless writer?
I always like my writers to be a little raw and jagged at the edges.

Yeah, that sounds intriguing. I definitely have no shortage of flaws, that’s for sure! Once I get past the writer’s block, that is. Thanks.
