Tulip-fresh, honeysuckled breath filled the air.

Mint, cherry, chocolate or swirl, never vanilla.
“We need variety to keep things fun.”
Lemonade, without a sugar coating.
“We need to remember times will get better.”
Emotions shaken, not stirred.
“We need each other”
Reach for the stars.
“We need to remember to give thanks.”
The warmth of fingers interlaced, breaking the cold better than alcohol.
